Dear Parents,
As summer gradually fades and golden autumn approaches, the entire faculty and staff of BIPS are fully prepared to welcome our little ones back! The first semester of the 2025-26 school year is about to begin. Below are the arrangements and reminders for the new semester. Please read carefully to help your children transition smoothly into the new term.
School Start Schedule
First Day of School: September 1, 2025 (Monday)
Drop-off Time: 8:00-8:30 AM
Pick-up Time: 16:00-16:20/ School Bus Departs at 16:20 (Monday to Thursday) ; 15:30-15:50/ School Bus Departs at 15:50 (Friday)
Drop-off and Pick-up Arrangements
To ensure order and safety on campus, staggered drop-off and pick-up schedules will continue this semester. Specific arrangements are as follows:
Pick-up and Drop-off Schedule
Pre-Nursery & Nursery Classes
1. First Week (September 1-5):
Returning students may enter independently. New students are encouraged to enter independently. If separation anxiety is severe, one parent may accompany the child to the classroom door for the first three days. Please hand the child over to the teacher and leave promptly to avoid disrupting class routine.
2. From the Second Week (After September 8):
A teacher will receive children at the entrance, with administrative staff assisting. Parents are not required to enter the campus.
3. During pick-up, teachers will bring children to the entrance for handover, with administrative staff assisting in maintaining order.
Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten Classes
1. Children will enter independently; parents are not required to enter the campus
2. During pick-up, please wait orderly in the designated waiting area to avoid congestion.
3. After picking up your children, please leave promptly to ensure smooth flow during drop-off and pick-up times.
Dress Code
Monday to Thursday: All children must wear the school uniform (it is recommended to sew name labels on the uniforms).
Friday: Free Dress Day (please choose comfortable and safe clothing to facilitate children’s activities).
*On the first day of school, children are encouraged to dress up with elements inspired by the school’s opening theme, "ALICE WONDERLAND."
2025 New Parent Orientation
To help new families familiarize themselves with the school’s philosophy and daily routines, we will hold the "2025 New Parent Orientation" on August 30, 2025 (Saturday). Details are as follows:
1. Date & Time: August 30, 2025, 9:30-11:30 AM
2. Location: BIPS Multi-function Room (2nd Floor) / Homerooms
3. Schedule:

9:15-9:30 AM: Check-in, distribution of admission notices, and arrangement of new students’ belongings.

9:30-10:30 AM: Introduction to the BIPS Learning Community; About Us—BIPS; Scientific Understanding of Separation Anxiety

10:30-11:30 AM: Parent-Teacher Meeting—Home-School Collaboration, including the role and responsibilities of parents, and methods and channels for home-school communication.
4. Reminders:

Please arrange your schedules in advance and arrive on time.

During the meeting, please set your mobile phones to silent mode and avoid moving around unnecessarily.

If you are unable to attend due to special circumstances, please inform the class teacher in advance.

On the day of the orientation, please bring your children’s school supplies (bedding, spare clothes, etc.) to the campus.
